Dear CHVE Students, Families, Teachers & Staff,
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are so excited for another wonderful year at Cherry Hills Village Elementary and are honored to serve as your PTCO Co-Presidents.
CHVE is an incredibly special community, and so much of what makes our school exceptional is made possible through the time, generosity, and involvement of our families. Our PTCO is led entirely by parent volunteers who work together to support our students, teachers and staff while creating experiences that bring our school community together.
Your PTCO Dollars at Work
Through fundraising, sponsorships and donations from our CHVE community, the PTCO provides critical funding for programs and resources that go beyond what the school’s traditional budget can provide. These funds help support teacher assistant salaries, classroom and teacher resources, technology and educational subscriptions, field trips, our librarian and library programs, teacher appreciation, and beloved CHVE traditions and events.
New & Expanded for 2026–2027 
This year, we are excited to expand the ways families and local businesses can support CHVE while continuing to invest in the programs and traditions our students love.
Look for new corporate and community sponsorship opportunities, expanded event and program sponsorships, new ways for families to give throughout the year, and additional fundraising initiatives designed to help us meet the growing needs of our school.
We are also continuing to invest in the experiences that make CHVE more than just a school, including Multicultural Week, Field Day, GrandFriends, the Talent Show, Run for Funds, our annual Auction, teacher appreciation events, and other community-building traditions throughout the year.
It Takes a Village 
PTCO also coordinates the incredible network of parent volunteers who give their time throughout the school year, including Room Parents and volunteers supporting classrooms, art, the library, lunchroom, school events and more.
Whether you donate, volunteer, attend an event, become a sponsor, or simply participate in our school community, you are part of what makes CHVE such an extraordinary place for our children.
